Effects

1) Stacking: Block new spell if slot 0 is Total HP and less than 9306

2) Increase Max HP by 8306

3) Increase Current HP by 8306

4) Increase AC by 1332

5) Stacking: Overwrite spell if slot 0 is Total HP and less than 9306

When cast on you You become a pledged keeper.

When cast on others becomes a pledged keeper.

When fading You are no longer a pledged keeper.
